Prices are checked against Target when options are loaded, with a five-minute cache. If a check fails, upgrade prices are withheld. Customers see specifications and your fitted selling price including VAT.

Our diagnostic charge is £46.80 including VAT (£39 + VAT). We investigate the fault and give you a repair quote before any repair work starts. If you go ahead and we carry out the repair, we waive the diagnostic charge — you pay only the agreed repair price. If you choose not to proceed, you pay the diagnostic charge for the assessment.
There is no charge for sending this form, and it does not authorise repair work.
