Data transfer / suitable clone + setup · £78
£65 + VAT. Transfer agreed files from a readable old drive or system, or clone a compatible healthy drive, plus the standard computer setup below. New drives, software licences and recovery of damaged media are extra.
Office software · £82.80
£69 + VAT. Single licence, one-off purchase—not Microsoft 365. Confirm the exact product, edition, included applications, supported device and permitted use with us before purchase.
Antivirus / internet security · £69.60
£58 + VAT. Confirm the product, device allowance, licence term and renewal arrangements with us. Existing infection removal is quoted separately.
Standard computer setup · £54
£45 + VAT. Windows first-run setup, available updates and drivers, agreed basic preferences, a check that the computer starts correctly and a basic handover. Data transfer and paid licences are not included.

Enquire for a compatible specification and fitted price. Tell us what you want to improve and your budget; we check the hardware before recommending parts.
Other customisation
Ask about cooling, cases, lighting, connectivity, software or other requirements. Some changes are not possible on every system; we’ll confirm the available options.
What does computer setup mean?
It’s help getting your computer ready to use: completing initial Windows setup with you, applying available updates and drivers, and agreeing basic preferences. You enter your own account credentials when needed.
This is an optional personal setup service. It is separate from the checks and preparation already included with the computer itself.
One setup charge, not two.
Our £78 transfer/cloning package already includes standard setup. Choose that package if you are bringing readable files or a suitable drive across from your old system; you do not need to add the £54 setup service as well.
Anything beyond the standard service?
Home visits, printer or network installation, complex migrations, extra software and data recovery are quoted separately. We’ll agree what is included before starting.
